目的分析并比较分别采用氯噻酮和比索洛尔治疗老年高血压患者的疗效。方法选取70例在本院接受治疗的老年高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽取原则将其分为各有35例的研究组和参照组。参照组患者采用比索洛尔作为治疗药物,研究组患者采用氯噻酮作为治疗药物,观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的总有效率为94.29%,参照组的总有效率为77.14%,研究组显著优于参照组;同时研究组治疗后的收缩压和舒张压的改善情况均优于参照组,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用氯噻酮对老年高血压患者进行治疗的效果比应用比索洛尔的疗效更好,且能有效地减少不良反应的发生,值得在临床上广泛应用。
Objective To analyze and compare the efficacy of chlorthalidone and bisoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods Seventy patients with senile hypertension who were treated in our hospital were selected as research objects. According to the principle of random sampling, they were divided into study group and reference group with 35 cases each. The patients in the reference group took bisoprolol as the therapeutic drug and the patients in the study group used chlorthalidone as the therapeutic drug. The therapeutic effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%, the total effective rate of the reference group was 77.14%, the study group was significantly better than the reference group; while the improvement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were better than the reference group, two The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of chlorthalidone on elderly patients with hypertension is better than that of bisoprolol, and can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worth widely used in clinical practice.
