所谓激励性评价,是指在对学生评价的过程中,注重把学生已形成的学习上的内在需要充分调动起来,激发学生努力学习、不断上进的因素,即把学生学习活动的结果与拟定的学习任务目标或标准相对比,做到边教学边评价,使评价与学习相融合。激励性评价有四种模式:组合式、配套式、渗透式、点评式。成功地运用和操作这四种模式,是激励性评价取得预期效果的关键。
The so-called incentive evaluation, refers to the process of evaluation of students, focusing on the students have formed the internal needs of the students fully mobilized to stimulate students to study hard, keep making progress, that is, the results of student learning activities with the proposed Learning task objectives or standards compared to do while teaching evaluation, learning and evaluation of the integration.
