目的观察3种常用的化学性肝毒剂对小鼠血清ALT,Trig,LDL等11项生化指标的影响.方法取小鼠20只,随机分为CCl4中毒组和NS对照组,每组10只.中毒组小鼠15g/LCCl4,10mg/kg,ig,待中毒后24h,杀鼠取血,分离血清,由自动生化测定仪分别测定肝功能:ALT,AST,总胆红素(BiliT);血脂:三酰甘油(Trig)、胆固醇(Chol)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb);肝功能酶系:碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、转肽酶(GGT)和血糖(Glu)11项生化指标.NS对照组同时给NS,ig.D半乳糖胺(DGal):中毒鼠800mg/kg,ip和a萘异硫氢酸酯(ANIT):中毒鼠100mg/kg,ig,动物分组,观察指标同CCl4.结果CCl4,DGal均能明显升高小鼠血中的ALT,AST和LDL水平,分别于中毒后24h达高峰.对BiliT,Trig,Chol,Glu,ALP,GGT,TP和Alb无明显影响.ANIT对小鼠中毒后48h,血中ALT,AST,BiliT,LDL,ALP和Chol水平明显升高,Trig明显降低,Glu略有下降;对GGT,Alb,TP无明显?
Objective To observe the effects of three commonly used chemical hepatotoxic agents on 11 biochemical indexes such as serum ALT, Trig and LDL in mice. Methods Twenty mice were randomly divided into CCl4 poisoning group and NS control group, with 10 mice in each group. Toxicity group mice 1 5g / LCCl4, 10mg / kg, ig, to be poisoned after 24h, killing rats to secrete blood serum were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer liver function: ALT, AST, total bilirubin (BiliT) , Triglyceride (Trig), cholesterol (Chol), low density lipoprotein (LDL), total protein (TP) and albumin (Alb); liver enzymes: alkaline phosphatase (ALP) Enzyme (GGT) and blood glucose (Glu) 11 biochemical indicators. D galactosamine (D Gal): poisoning rats 800mg / kg, ip and a naphthalene isothiocyanate (ANIT): poisoning rats 100mg / kg, ig, animal groups, the same indicators with CCl4. Results CCl4, DGal can significantly increase the blood levels of ALT, AST and LDL, respectively, reached the peak at 24 h after poisoning. No significant effect on BiliT, Trig, Chol, Glu, ALP, GGT, TP and Alb. The levels of ALT, AST, BiliT, LDL, ALP and Chol in blood were significantly increased, Trig decreased significantly and Glu slightly decreased in ANIT mice 48h after poisoning, but no obvious changes in GGT, Alb and TP.
