目的:探讨重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)并发多脏器功能失常综合征(MODS)时内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)的变化及头孢噻甲羧肟(复达欣)与复方丹参滴丸的治疗作用。方法:采用5%牛磺胆酸钠逆行胆胰管注射建立大鼠SAP并发MODS模型;观察血浆ET和血清NO含量变化,肝、肾、胰腺功能改变以及内脏组织的病理变化;同时观察复达欣与复方丹参滴丸的治疗作用。结果:SAP并发MODS时,血浆ET和血清NO含量升高,肝、肾、胰腺功能衰竭,内脏组织病理损害严重;经药物治疗后,血浆ET和血清NO含量有所减少,肝、肾、胰腺功能有改善,内脏组织病理损害减轻。结论:SAP并发MODS时内皮细胞功能受损,表现为血浆ET和血清NO产生增多;复达欣和复方丹参滴丸对SAP并发MODS有治疗作用
Objective: To investigate the changes of endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) complicated with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and the effects of ceftazidime Drop pills treatment. Methods: A rat model of SAP complicated with MODS was established by retrograde biliary and pancreatic duct infusion of 5% sodium taurocholate. The changes of plasma ET and serum NO, the changes of liver, kidney and pancreas, and the pathological changes of visceral tissues were also observed. Results: Compared with MODS, plasma ET and serum NO increased, liver, kidney and pancreas failed, visceral histopathological damage was serious. After treatment with drugs, plasma ET and serum NO decreased, liver, kidney and pancreas Function has improved, reduce the visceral tissue damage. CONCLUSIONS: Endothelial cell function is impaired in SAP with MODS, showing an increase in plasma ET and serum NO production. Both Fu Dashen and Fufang Danshen Diwan have a therapeutic effect on SAP complicated with MODS
