作者于1981年3月应用Albendazole治疗猪体旋毛虫病取得成功。1984年在云南大理州,按每日24mg/kg和32mg/kg二个剂量组,疗程3、5、7、9日治疗人体旋毛虫病127例,投药后2日取患者肌肉通过压片镜捡及小白鼠接种,证实虫体全部死亡,治愈率100％。同时,应用本院制作的旋毛虫层析抗原致敏绵羊红细胞,采用间接血凝法检测119例旋毛虫病人血清,阳性116例,阳性符合率达97.47％,假阴性3例,占2.53％。14例非旋毛虫病人血清,全部阴性,阴性符合率100％,未出现假阳性。诊断液特异性强,交叉反应少,试验重复性好,1小时可得出结果,诊断液有效期1～2年。
