本书在对“创新共同体”概念、理论及国内外创新共同体建设的实践进行分析和思考基础上,以京津冀三地开展协同创新实践为研究对象,通过文献梳理、数据分析与实地调研,对京津冀协同创新的历程与现状、科技资源配置与创新能力等进行了全面分析,并对实践中面临的问题原因等进行了深入研究,提出了新时期打造京津冀协同创新共同体的思路与政策建议。
Based on the analysis and consideration of the concept and theory of “innovation community” and the practice of innovation community construction at home and abroad, this book takes the practice of collaborative innovation in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as the research object. Through literature review, data analysis and field study, Research and analysis of the history and current status of coordinated innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the allocation of science and technology resources and innovation capability, and conducted an in-depth study on the reasons for the problems encountered in practice. The paper proposes that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Innovation Community Ideas and policy recommendations.
