目的研究兰州市流感样病例的选择对流感病毒检出率的影响因素。方法收集兰州市两家省级哨点医院2010-2011年呼吸道症候群监测信息系统中采集了咽/鼻拭子标本的流感病例资料和流感病毒核酸检测结果进行logistic回归分析。结果流感样病例中流感病毒检出率为20.72%(81/391),两家哨点医院检出率差异无统计学意义,性别、体温、门急诊/住院差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),年龄、发病季节、是否伴有全身中毒症状和采样-送检时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论兰州市流感样病例中15~64岁年龄组的流感病毒检出率高,冬春季是流感的流行季节,伴全身中毒症状病例的流感病毒检出率高于不伴该类症状病例,应加强对这部分人群及时采集标本,且采集病例标本后应及时送检,并加强我国流感样病例评估研究。
Objective To study the influencing factors on the detection rate of influenza virus in Lanzhou city. Methods Influenza data collected from pharyngeal / nasal swab specimens collected from two provincial-level sentinel hospitals in 2010-2011 respiratory tract syndrome monitoring information system and influenza virus nucleic acid test results were analyzed by logistic regression. Results The positive rate of influenza virus was 20.72% (81/391) in flu-like cases. There was no significant difference in the detection rates between the two sentinel hospitals, but there was no significant difference in sex, body temperature, outpatient and emergency department / hospitalization (P> 0.05 ), Age, onset season, whether accompanied by symptoms of systemic poisoning and sampling - the time of submission was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of influenza in 15-64-year-old flu-like cases in Lanzhou City is high. In winter and spring, the epidemic season of influenza is the most common. The detection rate of influenza virus in cases with systemic poisoning is higher than that in patients without such symptoms Strengthen the timely collection of specimens of this part of the population, and the collection of specimens should be promptly submitted to seizures, and to strengthen our assessment of influenza-like cases.
