目的了解长沙市中学生对心理卫生知识的知晓情况。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,随机抽取农村和城区各2所重点中学、2所普通中学,每个学校6个年级,每年级随机抽40人,实际调查了24个班级968位中学生,采用卫生部制定的《中学生心理卫生知识问卷》进行测量。结果中学生心理健康知识知晓率调查的总体正确应答率63.4%;其中“心理问题认知”正确应答率85.9%;知道哪里可以提供心理咨询占47.4%;知道“何时需心理帮助”占11.5%;知道“向何人求助”占24.1%;“心理咨询态度”接受率达到80%,但拒绝率也接近20%;在心理卫生知识认知方面,农村中学生高于城市中学生,城乡差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.7,P<0.01)。结论 2010年我市中学生心理卫生知识知晓率达到了《中国精神卫生规划(2002-2010)》中的在校中学生心理卫生知识知晓率达到60%的目标。
Objective To understand the knowledge of mental health among middle school students in Changsha. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to randomly select 2 key middle schools and 2 general secondary schools in rural areas and urban areas, 6 grades in each school, 40 students in each grade, and 968 middle school students in 24 classes. Using the Ministry of Health to develop “middle school students mental health knowledge questionnaire” for measurement. Results The overall correct response rate was 63.4%. Among them, the correct response rate was 85.9%; 47.4% knew that psychological counseling could be provided; that “when psychological help needed ”Accounted for 11.5%; know “ who to help ”accounted for 24.1%; “ psychological counseling attitude ”accepted rate of 80%, but the rejection rate is also close to 20%; in mental health knowledge, rural middle school students than Urban middle school students, urban and rural differences were statistically significant (χ2 = 10.7, P <0.01). Conclusion In 2010, the awareness rate of mental health among middle school students in our city reached the goal of 60% awareness rate of mental health among middle school students in China Mental Health Plan (2002-2010).
