编前语:为充分发挥住房公积金的住房保障作用,支持职工个人住房需求,减轻职工贷款还款压力,福建省直单位住房公积金管理中心根据国务院《住房公积金管理条例》、《冲还贷福建省住房公积金提取管理暂行规定》(闽建[2012]16号)和福州住房公积金管理委员会有关规定,结合省直工作实际,于日前制定并印发《住房公积金冲还贷管理实施办法》(以下简称“《实施办法》”),并决定自2017年1月1日起开始施行。
