黑龙江省森工系统普通教育质量长期落后于地方,全省1987年初中毕业生及格率平均水平达到 55%,而森工系统却依然滞留在38.5%。在这种情况下,绥阳林业局异军突起,初中毕业生平均及格率达到51.5%,赶上全省水平。绥阳林业局教育质量起飞的秘密在哪里?笔者通过实地考察认为,积极发展实用电视教育,是提高该局教育质量的一项有效措施。
The quality of general education in forest industry system in Heilongjiang Province has lagged far behind the local level for a long time. The average passing rate of graduates in junior high in 1987 reached 55%, while that of forest industry system remained at 38.5%. Under such circumstances, the sudden emergence of Suiyang Forestry Bureau, the average passing rate of junior high school graduates reached 51.5%, to catch up with the province level. Suiyang Forestry Bureau take off the quality of education where the secret? The author through field visits that the active development of practical television education is to improve the quality of education in the council an effective measure.
