骨不连是骨折治疗后6个月骨折两断端仍未达到骨性愈合,对患肢功能康复影响极为严重的一种晚期并发症。李勇等[1]报道,有5%～10%的骨折治疗后因各种原因导致骨愈合受到干扰发生骨不连。因此,骨不连仍是目前骨科领域相关人士值得探讨和研究的问题,同时也是迫切需要解决的难题之一。
