针对汽车前保险杠防撞梁在拉深成形过程中可能存在的起皱、拉裂等缺陷,采用Dynaform软件对其成形过程进行有限元仿真分析。根据仿真结果对防撞梁零件的成形极限、成形厚度变化和应力应变状态进行研究,并将仿真分析结果与实际成形零件进行对比,特别对零件变形较大部位的厚度变化进行详细分析对比,可以看出模拟结果与实际变形基本保持一致,研究表明,采用仿真分析可以避免防撞梁在拉深成形中的起皱和拉裂缺陷,提高产品质量,极大地降低生产成本,缩短模具制造周期。
According to the possible defects such as wrinkling and cracking during the forming process of front bumper crash beam, Dynaform software was used to carry out finite element simulation analysis of its forming process. Based on the simulation results, the forming limit, the forming thickness and the stress-strain state of the anti-collision beam are studied. The results of the simulation are compared with the actual forming parts. In particular, the thickness variation of the parts with larger deformation can be analyzed and compared in detail. The simulation results show that the simulation results are consistent with the actual deformation. The results show that the simulation analysis can avoid the wrinkling and cracking of the impact beam in the deep drawing, improve the product quality, greatly reduce the production cost and shorten the mold manufacturing cycle.
