目的 研究大鼠胚胎心脏的发育过程和同型半胱氨酸诱导基因 (HCY 2 )在大鼠胚胎心脏上的表达 ,为进一步探讨该基因与心血管疾病之间的关系奠定形态学基础。方法 分别于大鼠妊娠 11~ 19d取胚胎 ,用组织学和免疫组织化学方法 ,观察大鼠胚胎心脏的发育过程和Hcy 2基因的表达并进行图像分析。结果 大鼠胚胎心脏 11d出现第一房间隔 ,13d出现第二房间隔 ,14d心房不完全分隔完成 ;12d出现室间隔肌部 ,16d心室已分隔完成。Hcy 2在大鼠胚胎心脏不同发育时期表达不同 ,11、12d表达强 ,13d表达减弱 ,14、15、16d表达又逐渐增强 ,17、18、19d表达强。结论 大鼠胚胎心脏内部分隔晚于小鼠 ;基因Hcy 2与心脏发育密切相关
Objective To study the development of rat embryonic heart and the expression of homocysteine-induced gene (HCY 2) on the rat embryonic heart, and lay the morphological foundation for further exploring the relationship between this gene and cardiovascular diseases. Methods The embryos were harvested from 11 to 19 d of gestation in rats, respectively. The development of embryonic heart and the expression of Hcy 2 gene were observed by histological and immunohistochemical methods and the images were analyzed. RESULTS: The first atrial septum appeared on the 11th day in rat embryos, the second septum appeared on the 13th day and the atrial septum was not completely separated on the 14th day. The ventricular septum appeared on the 12th day and the ventricles were separated on the 16th day. Hcy 2 expressed differently at different developmental stages in rat embryonic heart. The expression of Hcy 2 was stronger on the 11th and 12th days, weakened on the 13th day, and gradually increased on the 14th, the 15th and the 16th day. Conclusion The inner part of rat embryo heart is later than mice. The gene Hcy 2 is closely related to cardiac development
