针对实际矿山数字化改造的整体需求,设计并实现了基于参数估计算法的井下通风设备故障监测与诊断系统。系统硬件采用单片机控制、总线挂接式结构及智能传感器,通过CAN现场总线实现数据通信。系统软件以Visual Studio(VS)2005为开发工具,基于智能客户端开发出Windows环境下的应用系统软件。现场应用表明所设计的系统能够满足矿山实际需求。
In view of the overall demand of the actual mine digital transformation, a downhole ventilation fault monitoring and diagnosis system based on parameter estimation algorithm is designed and implemented. System hardware using SCM control, bus-mounted structure and intelligent sensors, data communication through the CAN field bus. System Software With Visual Studio (VS) 2005 as the development tool, based on the smart client, the application system software in Windows environment was developed. The field application shows that the designed system can meet the actual needs of the mine.
