对油田开发建设过程中,由于补漏动火焊接,引发的火灾爆炸事故进行了原因分析。同时认为,由于生产现场有时置换动火难度大、成本高严重影响生产,因此建议生产现场采用不置换动火方式施工。并对科学判断是否可用带压不置换动火、动火环境是否符合安全要求、动火作业人员安全注意事项进行了详细说明。同时采纳了更具安全性、可靠性及适应性的碳纤维复合材料修复补强技术,并建议推广应用。
