《冰球运动员的训练》是苏联《体育运动出版社》于1981年出版的一部冰球运动训练教材。这部书主要从冰球运动的技术、战术两个方面探讨并解决了一些冰球运动中的实际问题。作者系统地收集了世界冰球四强(苏联、捷克斯洛伐克、加拿大和瑞典)的冰球队所采用的训练内容。同时,还为读者提供了监测冰球运动员技术、战术训练水平的手段和方法。本书是一部水平较高的教学材料,对广大的冰球教练员、专业教师、冰球运动员和体育院校冰球专业的学生有较大的参考价值。
“Hockey Training” is a hockey training textbook published by the Sports Press in the Soviet Union in 1981. This book mainly discusses and solves some practical problems in ice hockey from two aspects of hockey’s technique and tactics. The authors systematically collected the training content used by the ice hockey teams of the World Hockey Quarterfighters (USSR, Czechoslovakia, Canada and Sweden).
