本文提出一种新型结构的液体静动压轴承——螺旋槽式液体静动压轴承,并对它进行开发性研究。导出了在斜坐标系下的雷诺方程和流量连续性方程的有限差分公式,研究了螺旋角e对轴承性能的影响,编制了适合螺旋槽式静动压轴承的有限差分的通用计算机程序。
This paper presents a new structure of hydrostatic hydrostatic bearing - spiral groove hydrostatic hydrostatic bearing, and its development research. The finite difference formula of Reynolds equation and flow continuity equation in oblique coordinate system was derived. The influence of helix angle e on bearing performance was studied. A generalized finite difference program for spiral groove hydrostatic bearing was developed.
