工会作为一个群众性组织,是在中国共产党的领导下由企业员工自发组成的,在党和群众之间起到了纽带的作用。随着社会市场经济的不断发展,企业也面临着深化改革的任务,而企业工会在维护职工权益当中起到很重要的作用,工会在这个时期也面临着新的挑战,如何在企业改革的过程中,充分发挥企业工会的职能成了目前企业工会必须面临的问题,然而在对企业工会的管理过程中还存在着一些问题,影响着工会管理工作的进行,文章从企业工会管理工作存在的问题出发,对如何做好企业工会管理工作做了有关论述,旨在为做好工会管理工作提供参考。
