对马钢2号高炉炉役后期生产管理及炉内操作进行了总结。针对2号高炉炉体中部冷却壁大量破损、炉缸铁口区域水温差高、外购定制焦置换干熄焦等不利因素,通过加强对破损冷却壁、炉缸水温差、炉型、精料、炉前等方面的安全管理,同时配合炉内操作调剂措施,高炉长周期稳定顺行,获得了较好的技术经济指标。但高炉仍然存在焦炭负荷较低、三个铁口区域水温差都有不同程度地上升、炉缸侵蚀模型采集点较少等问题需要解决。
