科学种茶正为全国各茶区所重视,送请研究单位进行生化测定的茶样也逐年增加,其目的是希望通过生化分析来研究如何提高茶叶品质,指导茶叶生产。由于对茶叶生产的科学管理,生化的作用越来越显得重要,所以,正在引起各茶区的广泛重视。生化分析的准确度,除了不可避免的最低限度的操作允许误差外,主要决定于样品本身,所以取样的因素是很重要的。在分析某样品的某些化学物质的含量及其比例关系后,再对这些数据进行分析、整理和比较,才能初步鉴定出这种样品质量的高低。要使所得的数据符合客观实际,测定者的技术水平和仪器的性能固然很重要,但样品是否具有代表性却是关键性的因素。采集时间、地点和部位等的不同,都会影响测定数据的可比性,如果用这些数据来指导生产,就难以取得好的效果。以下是对采样影响较大的因素。
Scientific tea is being valued by tea districts in China. Tea samples sent to research institutes for biochemical determination are also increasing year by year. For the data to be realistic, the skill level of the determiner and the performance of the instrument are of course important, but whether or not the sample is representative is a key factor.
