散打运动,是一项快节奏、强对抗的竞技项目。它不仅要求运动员具有较强的应变能力,而且还应具备较强的动作运用能力。在日常训练或比赛中,经常出现一些运动员在激烈对抗中,做不出有效的技术动作或完整的动作组合。通过调查得知,除去运动员的心理因素外,主要原因在于运动员掌握动作的熟练性不够,没有达到紧张激烈、瞬息万变的竞赛要求。本人通过近几年的实验和研究,初步掌握了一些行之有效的方法,在这里本人与各位同行共同探讨一下,如何在训练中运用强化训练法,在较短时间内尽快使运动员的技术动作达到自动化程度。
