详细分析了热噪声、消光比及码型干扰对MDD系统光前放接收机的影响,给出了相应的计算公式与讨论结果,并建立了2.5Gb/s光前放接收机实验系统,实测结果表明理论与实验吻合良好,其误差≤0.5dB。
The effects of thermal noise, extinction ratio and pattern interference on the optical preamplifier of MDD system are analyzed in detail. Corresponding calculation formulas and discussion results are given. The experimental system of 2.5Gb / s optical preamplifier receiver is established. The results show that the theory is in good agreement with the experiment, the error is less than or equal to 0.5dB.
