为了解决锥形阀的流体力的补偿问题,一些带有各种补偿结构的锥形阀广泛地应用在液压装置中、本文通过改变所设计的锥形阀的顶角、补偿结构的突缘外径、突缘与阀座间的距离、下流阀室内的开扩角等有关参数的大小的实验中、清楚地探明了在外向流及内向流情况下,上述有关参数对锥形阀的流量特性、锥形阀的轴向特性、气穴产生的界限及其噪声等方面的影响程度。从而为开发高性能的锥阀提供了大量的实验数据和可取的锥形阀的形状,并且在理论上也进行了充分而深刻的分析。
