目的研究SD大鼠40%酒精生理盐水合剂静脉麻醉的可行性,观察其急性中毒反应,找出麻醉最佳剂量。方法将80只SD大鼠分成8组,一个空白对照组及40%酒精生理盐水合剂7个剂量组(14、16、18、20、22、24、26 ml/kg),每组10只。对照组经尾静脉注射生理盐水,剂量组分别经尾静脉注射不同剂量的40%酒精生理盐水合剂。观察大鼠麻醉过程中中毒反应,记录相关数据。根据结果,最佳剂量组补充大鼠20只重复实验。结果40%酒精生理盐水合剂20 ml/kg剂量组达到酒精中毒(麻醉状态)的有效率最高(83.3%),麻醉时间长(5.28±1.43)h;24、26 ml/kg剂量组死亡率高(40%~60%)。结论 40%酒精生理盐水合剂静脉麻醉安全、可行,麻醉诱导期短、麻醉时间长,适用于中浅麻醉,20 ml/kg剂量可以作为SD大鼠酒精麻醉的参考剂量。
Objective To study the feasibility of intravenous anesthesia with SD rats 40% alcohol and to observe the acute poisoning response and find out the optimal dosage for anesthesia. Methods Eighty SD rats were divided into 8 groups, one blank control group and 7 groups of 40% alcohol saline solution (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 ml / kg) The control group was injected with saline through the caudal vein, and the dose group was injected with different doses of 40% alcohol saline through the caudal vein respectively. Observe the poisoning reaction during anesthesia in rats, record the relevant data. Based on the results, the optimal dose group was supplemented with 20 replicates of the rat. Results The highest effective rate (83.3%) of alcohol poisoning (anesthesia state) was achieved with 40% alcohol saline solution 20 ml / kg, and the duration of anesthesia was 5.28 ± 1.43 h. The mortality of 24,26 ml / kg dose group was high (40% ~ 60%). Conclusion 40% alcoholic saline mixture is safe and feasible for intravenous anesthesia. It has a short induction period and long anesthesia time. It is suitable for moderate and light anesthesia. The dose of 20 ml / kg can be used as a reference dose for alcohol anesthesia in SD rats.
