资源问题与环境问题日益严峻,使得国家对于森林资源的建设和保护更加重视。经济的发展,要与环境的发展相结合,这样才能够实现我国的可持续发挥战略方针。在大力进行资源保护与科学利用的过程中,林业部门工作的顺利开展,十分非常关键的。森林作为我国重要的自然资源,它不但与环境问题息息相关,同时也为市场经济的发展提供了源源不断的材料。现阶段,林业生态建设已经成为我国一项重要的发展策略,营林整体与造林技术对树木的产量与质量有着巨大影响,林业部门的工作人员需要严格按照步骤和国家规定进行整地,同时还要不断提高其造林技术水平,能够吸取最为先进的造林经验与技术,进而提高森林覆盖率,推进我国社会的可持续发展。 The problem of resources and the environment are becoming more and more serious, which makes the state pay more attention to the construction and protection of forest resources. The overall forest management and afforestation technology have a tremendous impact on the yield and quality of the trees. The staff in the forestry sector need to conduct the site preparation in strict accordance with the procedures and state regulations, Continuously improve their afforestation technology, draw on the most advanced afforestation experiences and technologies, further improve forest coverage and promote the sustainable development of our society.
