上海自贸区的成立使上海再次成为中国改革的桥头堡和试验区,并将进一步推进“四个中心”建设。从国际自贸区的实践和趋势看,世界公认的国际航运中心伦敦、纽约、鹿特丹、新加坡、香港等城市,都是自由贸易区(自由港)。也就是说,自由贸易区对国际航运中心起到了巨大的支撑作用,也是国际航运中心发展的必然阶段和趋势。上海自贸区的建设更是对上海国际航运中心建设带来巨大的推动作用。
The establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone has once again made Shanghai a bridgehead and a pilot zone for China’s reform and will further promote the building of a “four-center” system. From the practice and trend of the international free trade zone, the world-recognized international shipping center in London, New York, Rotterdam, Singapore, Hong Kong and other cities are free trade zones (free ports). In other words, the free trade zone has played a huge supporting role for the international shipping center and also an inevitable stage and trend for the development of the international shipping center. The construction of Shanghai Free Trade Zone is a great impetus to the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center.
