新型混凝剂聚合硅硫酸铝是以聚合硅酸为基础,用铝盐配制而成的无机高分子混凝剂。硅酸钠在一定的pH值条件下,活化聚合到适宜的聚合度,然后根据不同原水特点,选用合适的硅、铝比进行复配。制备的混凝剂受水温变化影响小,结成的矾花大而密实,沉淀效果好,适用于低温低浊水的处理。与常用的硫酸铝相比,配制成本与硫酸铝相仿,可节约矾剂40%,降低沉淀水浊度,减轻滤池负荷,提高出厂水水质。
The new coagulant polymer silicon aluminum sulfate is based on the polymerization of silicate, aluminum salt formulated with inorganic polymer coagulant. Under certain pH conditions, sodium silicate is activated to polymerization to the proper degree of polymerization, and then, based on the characteristics of different raw water, the suitable ratio of silicon to aluminum is used for compounding. The prepared coagulant has little influence on the change of water temperature, the formed alum is big and dense, and the precipitation effect is good, which is suitable for the treatment of low-temperature and low-turbidity water. Compared with commonly used aluminum sulfate, the preparation cost is similar to that of aluminum sulfate, which can save 40% of alum, reduce the turbidity of precipitation water, reduce the load of the filter and improve the quality of factory water.
