钻杆和钻铤等管状螺纹联接件是钻探和石油钻井工业中的关键设备。对管状螺纹联接件的超声检测方法进行了研究,以钻铤检测为例,介绍探头设计的考虑因素和计算方法。据此研制的接触式线聚焦双斜探头,能满足管状螺纹联接件的探伤要求。
Tubular threaded couplings such as drill stems and collars are the key equipment in the drilling and oil drilling industries. The method of ultrasonic testing of tubular threaded joints was studied. Taking the drill collar as an example, the considerations and calculation methods of the probe design were introduced. The contact line focus double-angle probe developed by this method can meet the requirement of testing the tubular threaded connection.
