学生的成长和发展是学校、家庭、社会相互作用的结果,其中最主要的是学校教育。但学校教育是否有效,还要得到家庭和社会的配合和支持,尤其是家庭教育对学生的影响作用更为突出。学校教育和家庭教育是学生教育的两翼,我们应该加强学校教育和家庭教育的联系,使两者各展其能,相互促进,实现教育的最大成效。而搭建两者之间联系的最佳桥梁就是家访。教师家访的目的,是与学生家长进行沟通,让家长了解孩子在校的学习、生活情况。同时,教师也通过与家长的交流,更进一步了解学生在家的学习、生活情况,使教师有针对地对学生进行教育。
