实验动物会自发各类肿瘤。这是它们的重要生物学表现的一个方面,也是选用实验动物进行各种肿瘤学研究时不可缺少的背景资料。SMMC/C系小鼠是作者培育的近交系小鼠。为了观察该系小鼠在生育和未育条件下各种自发性肿瘤的发生率,作者进行了以下观察,现将结果报告如下。方法和结果一、方法:全部动物分三组进行观察:第Ⅰ组为第24代生育组SMMC/C系小鼠,按一雄一雌终身同窝饲养,共60只(雌雄各半),平均生育7次;第Ⅱ组为第24代未生育过的SMMC/C系小鼠,于2月龄时雌雄分开饲养,共80只(雌雄各半);第Ⅲ组为第24代未生育的SMMC/C系小鼠,离乳后雌雄分开饲
Experimental animals spontaneously all kinds of tumors. This is one aspect of their important biological performance and an indispensable background in the selection of experimental animals for various oncology studies. SMMC / C mice are the authors inbred mice. In order to observe the incidence of various spontaneous tumors in this strain of mice under both fertile and non-fertile conditions, the authors made the following observations and the results are reported below.
