一年一度的“3·15消费者权益日”又过去了。作为国际性的保护消费者权益的日子,这一天已经受到越来越多厂商的关注。的确,自这一国际日由国际消费者联盟组织于1983年成立以来,3月15日就不仅仅是一个消费者维权的日子,更是不少厂商树立自身良好形象的时机。可是切实关注消费者权益不是作秀,更非朝夕之功。一个对消费者做出的简单承诺,若要真正实现起来,恐怕需要的不仅是物力、财力、人力,更重要的还要有毅力和持久力。
The annual “3.15 Consumer Rights Day” is over. As an international day to protect the rights and interests of consumers, this day has been the concern of more and more manufacturers. Indeed, since this International Day was set up by Consumers International in 1983, March 15 is not only a day when consumers are defending their rights, but also the timing for many manufacturers to establish their own good image. However, paying attention to the rights and interests of consumers is not a show, nor the power of overnight. A simple commitment to the consumer, if it is to be realized, probably requires not only material, financial and human resources, but more importantly perseverance and endurance.
