目的:探索乳母饮食对婴儿神经心理发育的影响。方法:采用问卷调查表对320名30~150天足月婴儿的乳母膳食情况进行调查,利用足月~6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表对婴儿进行神经心理发育评估,并采用多元回归的方法分析乳母饮食对婴儿神经心理发育商的影响。结果:乳母主食摄入量与婴儿神经心理发育呈负相关关系,牛奶摄入量与大运动发育呈负相关关系,豆制品摄入量与大运动、精细、社交、语言及总体发育商呈正相关关系,鱼类摄入量与语言发育商呈正相关关系,蛋类摄入量与适应能力、语言发育商和总体发育商都呈正相关关系。结论:乳母的饮食行为与婴儿神经心理发育有相关关系,乳母的膳食应是多样化的平衡膳食,以满足婴儿神经心理发育的需求。
Objective: To explore the impact of diet of maternal diet on the neuropsychological development of infants. Methods: A questionnaire was used to investigate the diet of breastfeeding mothers in 320 full-term infants aged 30 to 150 days. The neuropsychological development of infants was assessed by the neuropsychological development checklist of full-term children aged 6 years and analyzed by multivariate regression Effect of Nursing Diet on Infant Neuropsychological Development. Results: There was a negative correlation between the intake of staple food and the neuropsychological development of infants. There was a negative correlation between intake of milk and development of big sports. There was a positive correlation between intake of soy products and major sports, fine, social, language and overall development Relationship, fish intake and language development was positively correlated, the intake of eggs and adaptability, language development and overall development were positively correlated. Conclusion: The dietary behavior of nursing mothers is related to the neuropsychological development of infants. The diet of nursing mothers should be diversified and balanced diet to meet the needs of infant neuropsychological development.
