在相同实验条件下，比较免疫酶染色试验（IEST）、单克隆抗体斑点酶联免疫吸附试验、间接血凝试验和双面胶纸条环卵试验对血吸虫病的诊断价值。结果表明，IEST的敏感性高于其它3种方法，特异性达100％。
Under the same experimental conditions, the diagnostic value of IEST, monoclonal antibody MALDI-TOF, indirect hemagglutination test and double-sided tape loop test on schistosomiasis was compared. The results showed that the IEST sensitivity than the other three methods, the specificity of up to 100%.
