本研究测定了25例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)病人血浆中白三烯C4(LTC4)含量,并且同步分析了血气和肺功能的改变,以15例正常人做对照。结果COPD病人组血浆中LTC4含量明显高于正常对照组,呼吸衰竭组明显高于非呼吸衰竭组,并且COPD病人血浆中LTC4含量与呼吸功能的改变密切相关。提示,在COPD发生发展过程中,两者相互作用、相互影响。作者进一步探讨了肺代谢与呼吸功能改变在COPD发生发展过程中的病理生理意义。
The present study measured the plasma leukotriene C4 (LTC4) levels in 25 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and simultaneously analyzed the changes of blood gas and lung function, with 15 normal controls. Results The plasma levels of LTC4 in patients with COPD were significantly higher than those in normal controls, and those in respiratory failure group were significantly higher than those in non-respiratory failure group. The plasma levels of LTC4 in COPD patients were closely related to the changes of respiratory function. Tip, in the process of occurrence and development of COPD, the two interact and influence each other. The authors further explored the pathophysiological significance of changes in lung metabolism and respiratory function during the development of COPD.
