随着市场经济竞争和并购整合的不断发展,我国大型企业逐渐走向集团化管理模式,在这种模式下对企业自身管理水平、模式、复杂程度都有了更高的要求,然而目前我国集团型企业的母子公司管理能力还存在很多不足,需要从财务管理、信息管理、制度管理、人力资源管理、盈利模式等方面加以进一步改革,本文对此进行分析讨论,分析集团型公司中子公司管理现状及存在的问题,并提出完善子公司管理的建议。
With the continuous development of market economy competition and M & A integration, the large-scale enterprises in our country gradually move toward the group management mode. Under this model, they have higher requirements on the enterprise’s own management level, mode and complexity. This article analyzes and discusses the management status of the subsidiaries of the group companies And the existing problems, and put forward suggestions for improving the management of subsidiaries.
