11月21日,国家税务总局党组书记、局长肖捷,党组副书记、副局长解学智,带领税务总局机关有关司、局负责同志到湖北武汉调研营业税改征增值税试点工作准备情况,并看望和慰问基层税务干部职工。肖捷、解学智听取了湖北省、武汉市税务部门有关负责同志关于营业税改征增值税试点工作准备情况的汇报,就有关问题与大家进行交流讨论,并对试点准备工作给予了充分肯定。肖捷对湖北省委、省政府对营业税改征增值税试点工作给予的高度重视和有力指导表示感谢,并指出,各级国税和地税部门坚持从大局出发,密切合作,广大纳税人对改革试点予以充分理解与积极配合,为试点工作顺利开展创造了有利条件。
