河南油田从1992年开始在汉河油田进行聚合物驱油试验,至今已进行一定规模推广应用,并产生了显著的经济效益。主要介绍了汉河油田Ⅱ4-5层高温聚合物驱油的地面工程设计及工艺配套技术,该工程工艺流程为聚合物母液集中配制,再由管线输送到各注聚站注入。整个系统采用机电一体化自动控制技术,可有效控制聚合物母液配制浓度,保证母液熟化时间,监测并控制系统各部分运行状态。整个工程具有设备国产化率高、撬装化配置合理、节约投资的特点。
Henan Oilfield began polymer flooding test in Hanhe Oilfield since 1992, and has been popularized and applied to a certain scale so far and has brought significant economic benefits. This paper mainly introduces the ground engineering design and process supporting technology of Ⅱ4-5 high temperature polymer flooding in Hanhe Oilfield. The process of the project is that the polymer mother liquor is concentrated and then injected into the injection stations by pipeline. The whole system adopts the mechatronics automatic control technology, which can effectively control the concentration of the polymer mother liquor, ensure the mother liquor aging time, and monitor and control the operation status of each part of the system. The whole project has the characteristics of high localization rate of equipment, reasonable configuration of skid-mounted and economical investment.
