石油七厂蒸馏车间是主要生产车间之一。它包括有原油加工的蒸馏工段和油品精制、调合、输送出厂的洗涤工段,以及脱蜡、沥青等四个工段。由于这个车间的生产过程多,设备管线多,操作较复杂,因此油品的损失量在全厂的总损失中占有一定比例,如何降低油品损失亦就成为这个车间生产中的一个重要环节。在去年大跃进中,在党的领导下,全车间的职工发挥了冲天的干劲,组织了堵四漏(漏油、漏汽、漏水、漏药品)突击队,把工段里的100多个漏油凡尔都修理好,杜绝了漏油现象。今年第一季度以来,车间根据厂党委的指示,更进一步注意抓降低油品损失的工作。在轰轰烈烈的增产节约运动中充
