目的观察小剂量二巯丙磺钠(DMPS)驱汞治疗对全血微量元素锌、铜、铁、钙、镁水平的影响。方法对11例汞中毒患者进行驱汞治疗(0.125mg/d肌内注射,连续用药3d),并测定和分析治疗前后尿汞及全血微量元素的变化。结果11例汞中毒患者治疗前尿汞明显超标,驱汞治疗3d后,尿汞较治疗前明显增高(P<0.01),治疗前后血锌、血铜、血铁、血钙、血镁差异无显著性(P>0.05),且尿汞与血铜、血锌、血铁间呈低度相关(r值分别为-0.265、-0.181、0.203),而与血钙、血镁间呈中度正相关(r值分别为0.497、0.400),但差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论小剂量DMPS能有效驱汞,对血锌、血铜、血铁、血钙、血镁无明显影响。
Objective To observe the effects of low dose of mercaptosodiumsulphonate (DMPS) on the level of trace elements zinc, copper, iron, calcium and magnesium in whole blood. Methods Eleven patients with mercury poisoning were treated with mercury excretion (0.125 mg / d intramuscularly for 3 days), and the changes of urinary mercury and whole blood trace elements before and after treatment were measured and analyzed. Results Before treatment, the urinary mercury in 11 cases of mercury poisoning was significantly higher than that in the control group. After 3 days of excretion of mercury, the urinary mercury was obviously increased (P <0.01), and there was no significant difference in blood zinc, blood copper, blood iron, serum calcium and blood magnesium before and after treatment (P> 0.05), and there was a low correlation between urinary mercury and blood copper, blood zinc and blood iron (r = -0.265, -0.181,0.203, respectively) (R = 0.497,0.400, respectively), but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Low-dose DMPS can effectively expel mercury, and has no obvious effect on blood zinc, blood copper, blood iron, blood calcium and blood magnesium.
