通过断口观察、显微组织分析、化学成分分析、力学性能检测以及后续的验证实验对40Cr钢耳环杆部断裂失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,失效件没有进行调质处理,显微组织中存在着大量的网状铁素体,使得材料性能低于标G准B3077要求,在应力集中的螺纹根部易形成裂纹是耳环杆断裂的主要原因。另外,低倍检查发现失效件中存在白点。
Fracture failure of 40Cr steel earrings was analyzed by fracture observation, microstructure analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing and subsequent verification experiments. The results show that the failed part is not quenched and tempered, there is a large number of mesh ferrite microstructure, making the material properties lower than the standard G B3077 requirements, the stress concentration of the root is easy to crack the root of the cracked earrings main reason. In addition, the low magnification found that the presence of white spots in the failure.
