上海大众汽车有限公司成立于1984年,是一家生产轿车的中德合资企业,上海汽车和德国大众各占50%股份。目前具有50万辆的产能,员工近14000名,是我国最大的轿车生产基地之一,产品市场保有量列全国第一。近年来,我们创新党建工作模式,凸现党员主体地位,体现党员个体活力,有力地推动了企业和谐稳定持续发展。
Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. was established in 1984, is a Sino-German joint venture producing cars, Shanghai Automotive and Germany Volkswagen each share of 50%. Currently with 500,000 units of production capacity, nearly 14,000 employees, is China’s largest car production base, the product market ranks first in the country. In recent years, we have innovated the work mode of party building, highlighting the dominant position of party members and embodying the individual vitality of party members, which has effectively promoted the harmonious, steady and sustained development of the enterprises.
