在数字技术为主导驱动力的文化生产语境下,我国文化产业“走出去”仍然主要以传统思维来指导出口,与新的生产理念存在错位。其问题主要体现在,数字技术没有形成全产业链优势,技术应用上存在着不平衡,而且文化与科技并没有形成良好的互动态势。在“互联网+”“文化+”等文化新常态背景下,我国文化产业“走出去”必须要抓住这一新的机遇,不仅要继续完善好政策服务体系,还要统筹好国内和国外两个市场,实现产业各环节的同步数字化,并尽快搭建好数字服务平台。
In the context of cultural production with digital technology as the driving force, the cultural industry in China “Going Global” still guides exports mainly with traditional thinking, which is in dislocation with the new concept of production. The problem is mainly reflected in the fact that digital technology has not formed the advantage of the whole industry chain, and there is an imbalance in the application of technology. Moreover, culture and technology do not form a good interactive trend. In the context of the new normalization of culture such as “Internet + ” “Culture + ”, China’s cultural industry “going out ” must seize this new opportunity and not only continue to improve the policy service system but also Co-ordinate the domestic and foreign markets, to achieve the synchronization of all aspects of digital industries, and as soon as possible to build a digital service platform.
