目的:观察青蒿提取物有效部位及其主要成分对大鼠的解热作用。方法:采用鲜酵母致大鼠体温升高的模型,观察青蒿有效部位及其成分对大鼠体温的影响。结果:青蒿中的有效部位(BJQH-A)及主要成分(青蒿乙素、青蒿酸、东茛菪内酯)对鲜酵母致大鼠体温升高具有明显的解热作用。结论:青蒿中含有多个具有解热作用的成分,它们的作用强度、起效时间和作用维持时间各有差别,青蒿的解热作用可能是其活性成分群整合作用的结果。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the antipyretic effect of effective parts of Artemisia annua L. extract and its main components on rats. Methods: The rat model of fresh temperature caused by yeast was used to observe the effect of effective parts and components of Artemisia annua on body temperature in rats. Results: The effective components (BJQH-A) and the main components (Artemisinin, artemisinic acid and scopoletin) in Artemisia annua L. had obvious antipyretic effect on the body temperature of rats induced by fresh yeast. CONCLUSION: Artemisia annua contains several antipyretic components, and their intensity of action, onset time and duration of action are different. The antipyretic effect of Artemisia annua may be the result of the integration of its active components.
