“工匠精神”是一种职业精神,是从业者的一种职业价值取向和行为表现,同时也是个人内在德性的外在展现.职业院校肩负着为国家生产一线培育急需的高素质技术技能人才的光荣使命,而思政课程作为以“立德树人”为根本任务的关键课程,则肩负着在职业教育中将工匠精神培养融入思政教育促进学生发展、助推时代发展的重要使命.工匠精神与思政教育的融合可以从课程价值、任务、内容着手,依托于课堂教学打造常态化的工匠精神传承载体平台、与学生职业发展相结合、与课外实践活动相融合,以及加强网络宣传阵地建设.
