[病例] 男,14岁。1月前无诱因发现全口牙痛,呈阵发性,以进食食物及夜间为剧烈。近日只能进流质饮食。无其它伴随症状。既往健康,家族中无特殊记载。查体:发育正常,营养欠佳。精神萎靡不振。面色及周身皮肤发黑,指甲甲床略有苍白。上颌肿胀,全口牙齿松动,牙垢明显,牙本质发黄,表面有较粗糙的横纹,牙触痛明显,牙龈无充血及增生,压迫齿龈无脓性分泌物流出,未见龋齿。浅表淋巴结、
