40名健康战士分为锻炼组(TG)和对照组(CG)。对TG进行了湿热地区夏季长跑锻炼增强抗热能力的观察。结果表明:TG直肠温度、股温、心率、出汗较锻炼前显著降低,疲劳症状发生率和自认疲劳分级、血乳酸、血压和心脏功能指数明显改善,VO_2max和PWC_(170)大大增高。CG则变化不大。可见高温长跑锻炼10(天)次,能够明显增强战士的抗热和抗疲劳能力。
Forty healthy soldiers were divided into exercise group (TG) and control group (CG). TG was carried out in hot and humid summer long-distance exercise to enhance the ability of anti-heat observation. The results showed that TG rectal temperature, femoral head temperature, heart rate and sweating were significantly lower than those before exercise. The incidence of fatigue symptoms and self-perceived fatigue classification, blood lactic acid, blood pressure and cardiac function index were significantly improved, VO 2max and PWC 170 significantly increased. CG is not changed much. Visible high-temperature long-distance exercise 10 (days) times, can significantly enhance the warrior’s heat and fatigue resistance.
