本文根据零件的复杂程度对适用于热锻的各种零件进行了分类。作者根据收集的大量试验数据推荐了制造各类不同复杂程度零件的各有关工艺参数。这些参数包括:成形过程工装结构的特点,所选用的锻压设备及多孔冷压毛坯的特点(孔隙度,外形轮廓及与零件的相似程度)。文中除对每一类零件列出了有关的工艺参数明细表和成形的示意图之外,还进行了详细的说明。
This article classifies the various parts that are suitable for hot forging based on the complexity of the part. Based on a large amount of experimental data collected, the author recommends all relevant process parameters for manufacturing various types of parts with different levels of complexity. These parameters include the characteristics of the tooling structure during the forming process, the characteristics of the selected forging equipment and porous cold blank (porosity, profile and similarity to the part).
