目的:探讨超声技术在中孕期胎儿疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:随机抽取2015年1月至2016年6月间在东莞常安医院妇产科接受产前检查的中孕期孕妇2000例作为研究对象,均对其实施规范化的超声检查,了解胎儿疾病的筛查结果,通过对孕妇的追踪随访记录最终胎儿疾病的发生情况,将超声筛查结果与胎儿引产或者出生后情况进行比较,计算筛查符合率。结果:2000例参与本次研究的中孕期孕妇中,共分娩胎儿2001例,临床证实患病胎儿41例,经超声筛查共检出36例(检出率1.8%),均与临床结果相符,符合率为87.8%,漏检5例,漏检率为12.2%。其中,以颜面部畸形的检出率最高,为7.3%,高于其他胎儿疾病的检出率,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用超声技术对中孕期胎儿疾病进行筛查,可以有效检出胎儿疾病的情况,提高新生儿出生质量。
Objective: To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal diseases in the second trimester. Methods: Two hundred and seventy pregnant women of the second trimester who received prenatal examination at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chang An Hospital of Dongguan from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly selected for the study. All patients underwent standardized ultrasound examination to understand the screening of fetal diseases Results, through the follow-up of pregnant women to record the occurrence of the final fetal disease, the results of ultrasound screening and fetus induction of labor or after birth compared to calculate the screening coincidence rate. RESULTS: Of the 2000 pregnant women who participated in this study, a total of 2001 fetuses were delivered and 41 fetuses were clinically confirmed. A total of 36 fetuses (1.8%) were screened by ultrasound, all of which were consistent with the clinical findings , Coincidence rate was 87.8%, undetected in 5 cases, missed detection rate of 12.2%. Among them, the detection rate of facial facial deformity was the highest (7.3%), which was higher than the detection rate of other fetal diseases, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The screening of fetal diseases in the second trimester by ultrasound technique can effectively detect the fetal diseases and improve the birth quality of neonates.
