现在的学生是特殊环境下长大的一代,娇生惯养,害怕面对困难。现在的教育由应试教育转变为素质教育,这些学生能不能适应呢?我们时常追求让学生乐学、愿学、会学,同时也常常困惑于此。《义务教育数学课程标准》明确提出:“对学习困难的学生,要特别予以关心,及时采取有效措施,激发他们学习数学的兴趣。”所以,教师要对这些学生付出更多,帮助他们逐渐树立信心,来积极促进学困生的转化。下面就谈谈我的一些做法和体会。
The students nowadays are grown up under special circumstances, spoiled and afraid to face the difficulties.
