齐鲁乙烯丙醇工程中,有一座底径15米、高150米的钢筋混凝土结构的烟囱,其中要加工成曲线的螺纹钢筋有100多吨。过去我们加工曲线钢筋是靠手工弯曲,工人的劳动强度大,生产效率低,曲线不准确,在施工中,尤其在高空作业,绑扎钢筋很困难。针对这种情况,我们在半自动钢筋弯曲机上增加一些附件,即可加工各种直径的曲线螺纹钢筋。构造见图1、2、3。曲线成型机是在钢筋弯曲机上增加一个稍大于原工作圆盘的主动盘,主动盘外圆牙形是用电焊焊成
In the Qilu ethylene propanol project, there is a chimney with a reinforced concrete structure with a bottom diameter of 15 meters and a height of 150 meters, of which there are more than 100 tons of steel rebar to be processed into curves. In the past, we processed curved steel bars by manual bending. Workers had high labor intensity, low production efficiency, and inaccurate curves. During construction, especially at high altitudes, it was very difficult to tie steel bars. In response to this situation, we have added some accessories to semi-automatic steel bending machines to process various diameters of curved steel bars. See Figure 1, 2, and 3 for construction. The curve forming machine is to add a slightly larger active disk than the original working disk to the steel bending machine. The external disk shape of the active disk is welded by electric welding.
